Study leave allowances are as set out in the Terms and Conditions of Service and are equivalent to those of substantive trainees. Assessment within the Luton & Dunstable Hospital is conducted by the Educational Supervisor at least every six months. Career Counselling will be available from the College Tutor. The appointee will be expected to participate in clinical audits and quality improvement programmes.
