About this role

Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading residential developer to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, customer-focused team, managing the customer journey from exchange of contracts through to completion, handover, and aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer journey from exchange through to legal completion and handover.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with purchasers.
  • Handle customer enquiries, defects, and escalated issues in collaboration with the Aftercare team.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Construction, Property Management, Concierge, and Managing Agents to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using Salesforce or a CRM system.
  • Support resident communications during remediation and major works projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience within residential property, new homes, construction, or a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing customer enquiries and complaints.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.

£32,000-£38,000 (depending on experience)

  • 12-month fixed-term contract
  • Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm (37.5 hours)
  • Office-based (5 days per week)
