Key Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Inspect scaffolding components for wear, damage, or defects.
• Interpret blueprints and job specifications to determine scaffolding needs.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with industry standards and site safety protocols.
• Secure scaffolding to structures and maintain stability using appropriate methods.
• Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
• Maintain and organize scaffolding equipment and tools.
• Operate hand and power tools as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a scaffolder in a construction or industrial setting.
• Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced or Part 2/3 Scaffolding certification.
• First Aid or Health & Safety training.
• Experience with system scaffolding (e.g., Cuplock, Kwikstage, Layher
