Role information

* Collaborate with project, commercial and subcontractor teams to deliver works safely, efficiently and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.

* Provide accurate engineering control, setting out, permits and technical documentation, ensuring works are delivered in line with approved designs, programmes and temporary works requirements.

* Support project planning and delivery through programme input, progress monitoring, measurement data provision and maintenance of accurate site records and reports.

* Drive a strong safety, quality and environmental culture by undertaking inspections, managing compliance processes, identifying risks and non-conformances, and supporting incident investigations.

* Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to team performance through coaching, delegation and technical support.

* Ensure all project documentation, quality records and reporting requirements are maintained and uploaded in accordance with company management systems and project procedures.

Qualifications/Experience Required

* Degree/HND/HNC - In relevant Engineering Discipline - Preferred but not essential * Previous Sellafield Site Experience - Essential * Basic knowledge of construction industry and standard construction techniques - Essential * Basic knowledge of project, obtained through project induction

* Good appreciation of commercial and contractual requirements - NEC - Desirable

UK National Security Vetting Status - Ability to gain SC Clearance
