We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Operative to join the warehouse and logistics team at the Ferrero site in Alfreton, DE55. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for forklift truck driver jobs, warehouse operative jobs, logistics jobs, FLT driver jobs, and manufacturing jobs in Derbyshire.
Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for supporting the movement of goods and materials across the site while ensuring all operations are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating forklift trucks safely and effectively
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Stock replenishment and inventory control
- Supporting warehouse and logistics operations
- Completing daily FLT checks and reporting any defects
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
- General warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance)
- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
