Play a key role in discovering future talent at the Albion!

Your core focus will be the identification, tracking, and recruitment of high-potential young players. You will attend fixtures on weekends and evenings, and be our eyes and ears on the ground in the South West region. You will keep up to date records of all games attended during the season and send through to the

point of contact at the Club.

Your scouting bio

To excel in this role, you should have an identifiable track record in football scouting and youth recruitment, backed by an understanding of the professional game, the Academy system, and Category 1 EPPP requirements. A pre-existing network of football contacts within the South West region is essential. You must hold FA Talent ID Level 1 Award.
