We are looking for an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join our hardworking and supportive team at Tithe Barn Primary School.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our pupils across KS2.
Your responsibilities will include
Supporting groups and individuals with their learning across KS2
Working flexibly across all year groups within KS2
Collaborating closely with class teachers and colleagues from across the school
Delivering targeted interventions, including phonics support
Supporting pupils with SEND to make progress both academically and pastorally
Promoting the school's ethos and values in all aspects of your work
We are looking for someone who
Has prior experience and is knowledgeable on how to effectively support the development of a child.
Possesses a good knowledge of phonics and how to deliver effective phonics interventions
Understands how children learn and has a range of strategies to engage pupils in their learning
Good behaviour management skills.
Is flexible and able to adapt to the needs of different year groups and pupils
Effective communication skills.
Experience of being a team player.
Is passionate about ensuring SEND pupils make excellent progress
