Midday Assistant Salary

Scale 1 (£24,413 - £24,796 pro rata)

Playworker Salary

Scale 2 (£24,796 - £25,185 pro rata)

Part time, term time only, 3 hours 10 mins per day, 5 days a week

7.30am 9.15am for the playworker role (this also involves reading with some children in class) and 11.50am 1.15pm for the Midday Assistant role.

We are seeking to appoint a playworker with midday assistant responsibilities to work Monday to Friday during term time in our happy and successful school.

The role includes caring for and supporting children whilst they eat their breakfast and lunch; and promoting, supervising and assisting high quality play. There will also be some time spent in classrooms supporting children with their reading.
