We're looking for professional, customer-focused Security & Customer Service Officers to join our team, helping to deliver a safe, secure and exceptional experience for thousands of passengers travelling through this unique operation every day.

About the Role

As a Security & Customer Service Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security and smooth operation of both passenger and freight services.

Your responsibilities will include

• Delivering outstanding customer service to passengers throughout their journey.
• Conducting passenger, vehicle and freight security searches in line with security procedures.
• Maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment.
• Supporting the efficient movement of passengers and vehicles through the terminal.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple operational areas.
• Responding professionally and confidently in a busy, safety-critical environment.
• Following all security, health & safety and operational procedures.

Full training will be provided.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals who are passionate about both customer service and security.

You'll ideally have

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence.(Mandatory)
• Previous experience in an SIA security role.
• Excellent customer service experience in a public-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, organised and professional approach.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts across a 24/7, 365-day operation.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Pre-Employment Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to provide

• A full 5-year employment and/or education history.
• Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
• A satisfactory DBS check.
• Completion of Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) clearance
• Overseas criminal record checks where applicable.
• A successful safety-critical medical assessment.
• Original identification documents as part of our comprehensive screening and vetting process.
