We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Waking Night Support Worker.
Females only due to the needs of the service.
Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.
Grange Mount is a supported living flat scheme in the heart of Birkenhead. Here we support up to 6 adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours that can challenge. Our aim is to promote independence and inclusion, enabling people to lead a full and productive life within their community.

- 40 hours per week, we operate a rolling rota
- Waking nights, 4 nights per week, shift times 10 pm to 8 am

What you’ll be doing
- Assisting and providing individuals with support for their emotional and practical needs
- Promoting independence
- Personal care
- Will involve lone working
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support, both within the service and out in the community
- Waking nights, 4 nights per week, shift times 10 pm to 8 am, will involve working weekends and bank holidays
Who you are
- You will have a minimum of one year of experience working in a social care setting
- Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Motivated and a team player
- Females only due to the needs of the service
