You will have
Significant experience providing strategic HR advice to senior leaders. A thorough understanding of Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions of Service. Experience of leading complex workforce projects and organisational change. Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. The ability to interpret national policy and translate it into effective local practice. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the confidence to make sound decisions in complex situations. A relevant HR or Management qualification at Master's level, or equivalent knowledge and experience. Membership of the CIPD and previous NHS or public sector experience would be advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of a strategic workforce function, influencing organisational change and helping to shape the future Medical and Dental workforce.
