About this role
To represent the vision and ethos of the practice and NHS. To provide a point of contact for patients and to act as a focal point of communication between patients, GPs, other medical staff and external agencies.
To work as part of a team of receptionists, ensuring a professional image is presented and excellent patient care provided at all times.
