We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled legal professional, to provide advice on a diverse range of commercial areas relating to commercial property matters.
The Council has some exciting and significant projects ongoing and in the pipeline including regeneration projects on Rhyl’s coast and town centre.
Legal Services consists of a broad range of disciplines and hosts the Council’s procurement service and a community benefits hub, therefore there is close working with non legal colleagues in order to deliver an effective commercial service to client departments. With changes on the horizon in the UK procurement regime this could be a great time to join us and be part of supporting innovative companies to win business and improve public services.
Training and development will be provided in areas where the successful candidate may have less experience.
