Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and organised Part-Time Administrator to support our transport operations. The role will focus on data entry, vehicle and driver tracking, and maintaining accurate operational records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately maintain transport management systems, ensuring all information is updated in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Process, file and record relevant information across internal IT systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, trackers, schedules and related documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure information is accurate, aligned and communicated in a timely manner.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider transport team, assisting with day-to-day operations.
  • Carry out a range of general office duties, including data entry, filing, scanning and document management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives and wider business needs.
  • Contribute to the efficient running and continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems.
  • Handle all information with a high level of confidentiality, professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

09:00hrs - 15:00hrs, Monday to Friday. Flexibility regarding the advertised start and finish times can be discussed.
