17/08/2026We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual who enjoys working alone to join our Front of House Team in the role of Night Receptionist.

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To be fully training and confident in fulfilling the role of Receptionist, Night Auditor, Night Porter and Room Attendant. To set up our meetings and events spaces for conferences and private dinners and detailing to provide guests with an immaculately clean and welcoming space.
  • To carry out duties and Night Audit procedure (if required) as detailed in the Front Office SOP manual, completing the Nights Checklist every shift.
  • Carry out the check in and check out process for guests.
  • Make reservations as requested by the guest. Be able to carry out tasks such as vacuum cleaning, dusting and polishing, mopping. To thoroughly deep clean the public areas of the hotel.
  • Work closely alongside all other departments especially Reception to ensure excellent communication and be proactive in assisting other departments as required. This may include delivering room service, taking items to guest bedrooms, and answering the hotel phone.
  • Follow health and safety procedures closely at all times particularly pertaining to the
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of safe chemical handling guidelines and best practice relating to the immaculate upkeep of back of house and public areas.

The successful applicant will have/be

  • A minimum of one years working experience in a Receptionist role is strongly preferred.
  • Someone with an eye for detail and who likes to work alone.
  • A reliable and dependable individual.
