We're looking for experienced and energetic Retail - Food & Beverage Managers to help lead our matchday operations at Fulham Football Club.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing bars, food outlets, kiosks, or retail operations. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to thousands of supporters while leading teams across our food, beverage, and retail locations on matchdays and major events.

The Role

As a Retail - Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of multiple bars, food outlets, kiosks, and retail points across the stadium. You'll ensure every guest receives outstanding service whilst maintaining operational standards, team engagement, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate teams across bars, food outlets, kiosks, and retail locations.
  • Manage the setup, operation, and close-down of matchday trading areas.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and efficient queue management.
  • Coordinate staffing levels and allocate resources effectively.
  • Monitor stock levels, product availability, and cash handling procedures.
  • Support food safety, health & safety, and licensing compliance.
  • Drive sales performance and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Work closely with operational and venue management teams to ensure a seamless matchday experience.

About You

We're looking for candidates who have

  • Previous management or supervisory experience within hospitality, food and beverage, catering, retail, or events.
  • Experience leading teams in busy bars, quick-service restaurants, stadia, festivals, or high-volume venues.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
