We are seeking skilled and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our exceptional Little Prep team at Weston Green School.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their practice and ready to take on responsibility within a room, while being supported by a strong leadership structure and a collaborative team.

Weston Green School is a thriving, independent preparatory school in Thames Ditton, Surrey.

Our Little Prep department includes

Ruby Class (2–3 years)

Jade Class (3–4 years)

Pearl Class (3–4 years)

As a Level 3 practitioner, you will

Take a key role within a room, supporting high-quality teaching and care

Contribute to planning, assessment and curriculum delivery

Support and guide less experienced staff where appropriate

Build strong relationships with children and families

Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care and learning

Contribute to the wider life of the school

We are looking for someone who

Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

Has strong experience in an Early Years setting

Demonstrates confident, high-quality practice

Has a secure understanding of the EYFS framework

Is reflective, proactive and committed to continuous improvement

Works well as part of a team and can support others
