As soon as possibleAbout the RoleBlenheim High School is seeking to appoint a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to provide a high-quality front-of-house service and support the Administrative Support Team.The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, staff and students, ensuring a welcoming, efficient and professional service at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a friendly and professional reception serviceAct as the first point of contact for telephone and in-person enquiriesManage visitor sign-in systems and ensure safeguarding procedures are followedSupport attendance processes, including recording absences and late arrivalsAssist with general administrative duties and communicationsProvide first aid and liaise with parents where requiredSupport the smooth running of the school officeAbout You
