People Partner

About this role

We’re looking for an experienced People Partner to join our

People Team at our Head Office on a 7‑month FTC (until the end of December

2026) and play a key role in shaping a high‑performing, inclusive and engaged

culture.

Reporting to the People Manager, you’ll partner closely with

senior leaders and managers across Head Office, providing proactive,

commercially minded people advice and support. This is a brilliant opportunity

to balance day‑to‑day people partnering with impactful project work, while

coaching leaders to build confidence and capability in people management.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with Head Office leaders, providing trusted people

advice across the employee lifecycle

  • Coach and develop line managers to build strong people management capability
  • Support delivery of people KPIs, including performance management, absence

and retention

  • Lead on complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and compliant

outcomes

  • Use people data and insight to spot trends and recommend practical solutions
  • Support workforce planning, organisational change and people‑focused projects
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D and Employee Experience teams to

deliver joined‑up solutions

What you’ll bring

  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or qualified by experience
  • Proven experience in a People Partner / HR Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Confidence influencing and coaching senior stakeholders
  • Experience using HR systems such as Oracle (or similar)
  • Strong organisation, communication and prioritisation skills
