We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Lecturer to join a well-established university in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Higher Education professional to deliver high-quality teaching and support students in achieving their academic and professional ambitions.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, proven experience teaching within UK Higher Education, and a passion for delivering an outstanding student experience.

About the Role

  • Deliver teaching across a range of Business and Management programmes at undergraduate level.
  • Prepare, assess, and provide feedback on coursework and assessments.
  • Support student progression through academic guidance and pastoral support.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and wider departmental activities.

What We Are Looking For

  • A Master's degree in Business Management or a closely related subject.
  • A recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, PGCHE, or HEA Fellowship.
  • A minimum of two year's UK Higher Education teaching experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to academic excellence.
