We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant holding a valid Counterbalance ticket to join our client's dynamic team at an event supplier warehouse in Aylesford, Maidstone. This role involves the crucial tasks of efficiently managing stock movement for event despatches, organising warehouse space, and performing maintenance work on event items.

Responsibilities

• Handle the movement of stock, ensuring it is ready for timely despatch for events.
• Organise stock within the warehouse for optimal efficiency.
• Load and unload items for despatch with precision.
• Maintain the overall organisation of the warehouse for smooth daily operations.
• Undertake maintenance work on event items using hand and power tools; occasional painting may be required.

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance licence (inhouse considered).
• Hard working and reliable individual.
• Ability to collaborate with a small warehouse team.
• Willingness to engage in all aspects of the role.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
