About this role
We are looking for a Telephone Operator who will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient booking service for customers, ensuring all telephone bookings and booking queries are handled accurately and delivered with excellent customer service. The role is based in a busy taxi booking environment and involves working evening and night shifts from the company's Head Office in Sunderland. Please note - dayshift is NOT available. Full training is provided.
