About this role
What skills and experience we're looking for
Relevant DSL qualification and / or experience in a similar role
Understanding of local authority and school procedures relating to attendance and child protection
Able to work well within a team as well as using your own initiative
Able to prioritise your workload in a fast paced environment to ensure deadlines are met
Good at building relationships with children and adults
Confidence in building inter agency relationships and patience
