What skills and experience we're looking for
Higham Lane North Academy is delighted to welcome applications for the post of Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor to start September / October 2026.
Applications are invited from enthusiastic and suitably-qualified individuals to work closely with the Learning Support Team, the post will support EHC and SEND students and other vulnerable students to ensure that they are able to achieve well and thrive at school. This will involve general support in a classroom and/or small group/one-to-one interventions. It also includes teaching whole classes of students from cover work provided by a class teacher in light of their potential absence.
