This is a chance to join a team, who will provide high quality support to help children develop their social and emotional skills. Our purpose-built site has; outside space, two learning areas, a calm space, kitchen and abundant resources.

You will be able to

  • demonstrate experience of delivering individualized, flexible support to students with SEMH needs, planned around the students’ interests across the curriculum either in KS2 or KS3,
  • show an excellent understanding of how to remove barriers to learning by adjusting activities according to students’ responses or individual needs, as appropriate
  • show knowledge and understanding of attachment theory and Trauma Perceptive Practice or a willingness to learn about these areas,
  • establish rapport and respectful, trusting relationships with students, their families and other adults.
