Warehouse Operative AMs/PMs

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support a busy logistics operation. This role involves working within a fast-paced distribution environment handling inbound and outbound goods.

Key responsibilities include

Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch

Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and containers

Scanning and processing goods using warehouse systems

Sorting and organising stock within the warehouse

Ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail

Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment

Following all company and health and safety procedures

Full training will be provided where required.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment

Good attention to detail

Able to work as part of a team

Previous warehouse/logistics experience desirable but not essential

Ongoing, long-term agency assignment

Regular weekly work available

Potential for extended placements based on performance and business needs

Opportunity to gain valuable logistics and warehouse experience

Shift availability will depend on site requirements and may include

Early shifts

06:00 – 14:00

Day shifts

08:00 – 16:00

Late shifts

14:00 – 22:00

Night shifts

22:00 – 06:00 (where available)

Flexibility is required as shift times may vary based on operational demand

£12.71 per hour basic
