£14.50 Days/£16.80 Nights

We are looking for a kind and compassionate PA to work in a family home to support a 41 year old man with an acquired brain injury.

Duties would include assisting him with personal care, hoisting, physiotherapy, PEG feed/medication and supporting him with getting out and about.

Duties include

  • Medication prompting/administering
  • Personal grooming
  • Moving and handling
  • Other relevant duties as required
  • Transportation
  • Dressing / undressing
  • Bathroom assistance

Candidate qualities

  • Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality

  • Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
  • Hygienic, tidy and well organised
  • Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
  • Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

  • Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
  • Able to always work to high standards of health & safety

Additional requirements

Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
