GP Partner - Rutland (from April 2027)

Job Summary

• The GP Partner will provide high quality, patient centred clinical care while sharing responsibility for the leadership, management, and strategic development of the Practice. This role combines clinical duties with business and team leadership to ensure the continued success and sustainability of the service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive general medical services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and long-term conditions Provide safe, effective, and patient focused care in line with clinical guidelines Contribute to the strategic direction and development of the Practice Share responsibility for financial performance, governance, and regulatory compliance Support, mentor, and lead members of the multidisciplinary team Engage with the Primary Care Network (PCN) and wider healthcare partners Promote continuous improvement and innovation in patient care and service delivery
