As our Receptionist, you will

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, andhealth professionals with kindness and professionalism.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and generalenquiries.
• Support residents and families with informationand assistance.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception andbistro area.
• Handle administrative duties such as filing,updating records, and booking appointments.
• Assist the administration and management teamwith day-to-day admin tasks.
• Follow confidentiality and safeguardingprocedures at all times.

What do you need to succeed

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Compassion and a genuine interest in supportingolder adults.
• Good organisational skills and attention todetail.
• Confident using telephones, computers, and basicadmin systems.
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional.
• Previous admin or reception experience ishelpful, but not essential.
