We’re growing fast and we’re on the lookout for a hands-on, motivated Medical Cannabis Production Technician to join our team. This is a 6-month temporary contract, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Production Technician in our medical cannabis manufacturing facility, you'll be at the centre of a rapidly evolving, science-backed industry, producing and packaging high-quality cannabis-based medicines that genuinely improve lives.

Your key responsibilities will include

Following precise manufacturing methods in cleanroom and non-sterile environments

Operating and checking equipment, adjusting or calibrating when needed

Keeping accurate records and logbooks (your attention to detail will shine here!)

Maintaining a clean, sterile workspace to minimise contamination risks

Inspecting products to ensure quality and consistency

Handling and disposing of materials (including hazardous waste) safely

Managing your own time effectively to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

We want team players who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a keen eye for detail.

You’ll be someone who

Has excellent organisation and time management skills

Is calm and accurate under pressure

Can work well independently and in a team

Is happy to follow strict procedures

Can spot when something’s not quite right and take action

Has good dexterity and reading comprehension

Is flexible with working hours (our shifts run between 6am - 8pm)

Bonus if you’ve worked in a fast-paced or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment – but it’s not essential. Full training is provided!
