Meridian Business Support is recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for a Registered Nurse to join a high-quality residential setting in Diss. This role offers consistent hours, paid breaks and strong benefits within a supportive clinical environment.

The role As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and person-centred care while supporting the wider care team.

Duties will include

  • Providing clinical nursing care in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
  • Administering medication, monitoring health conditions, and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting care staff to deliver high standards across all shifts
  • Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for residents
  • Working closely with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead to maintain care quality
  • Contributing to care planning and reviewing individual resident needs

This position would suit a Registered Nurse with experience in care homes, nursing homes, or similar healthcare environments, including RGN or RMN backgrounds.

Skills and experience To be considered for the Registered Nurse role, you will need

  • A valid NMC PIN and post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of care standards
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • A compassionate and organised approach to care delivery
