HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E) - Trunking Only - no handballing required

£17.98 - £20.17 p/h (Holiday pay rolled up for the higher rate)

Bonus Payment

£150 for signing up and working 12 weeks

Shifts

Monday to Friday - 07:30 start times

Class 1 licence - essential

Minimum 12 months Class 1 experience required

Ignition Driver Recruitment are looking for a reliable, experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our clients team and play a vital role in keeping the supply chain moving. This is a permanent position with a well known transport company based in Manchester.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on planned routes
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and complete relevant paperwork
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries or collections
• Follow all driving laws and company procedures
• Represent the company professionally at client sites

What You Need

• A valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
• A current UK Driver CPC (DCPC) card and a valid Digital Tachograph card
• Up to 6 points accepted on licence (No DD, DR, CD, TT, IN endorsements)
• A professional attitude and good communication skills
