Exchange People are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Administrators to join a busy manufacturing and distribution site in Runcorn. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administration skills, good attention to detail, and previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics, production, or manufacturing environment.

Available shift pattern

• Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm – £16.02 per hour
• Weekend availability may be required during peak periods, paid at £24+ per hour

Key responsibilities

• Keeping computer-based records accurate and up to date
• Processing paperwork and supporting general warehouse administration
• Assisting group leaders with daily shift duties
• Communicating clearly with operational teams to help maintain smooth workflow

What we’re looking for

• Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics, production, or manufacturing environment
• Strong computer skills and confidence using systems to update records
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to deadlines
• SAP experience is desirable; SAP EWM experience would be an advantage
• A flexible approach, including availability for weekend work during peak periods when required
