Are you a talented Pastry Chef de Partie or a talented Chef de Partie who wants to develop their pastry skills? ready to showcase your skills in this award winning hotel and restaurant

As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of a popular dessert menu featuring a tempting mix of classic and modern dishes — with real scope to develop your own ideas and put your stamp on the section.

You’ll work under the guidance of an exceptional Head Chef alongside a talented brigade, producing beautiful, well-executed desserts and pasrty items to a consistently high standard. This is a Pastry Chef de Partie role where your creativity genuinely matters.

We’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie with previous pastry experience — whether you’re a trained pastry chef or a main kitchen Chef de Partie who loves pastry and wants to develop their skills further. Either background is welcome The position is paid hourly so you will be paid for every hour you work

Live in is available if required alternatively candidates will need to live in the Lavenham, Long Melford, Bildeston, Sudbury, Hadleigh or possibly Bury St Edmunds area with their own transport

Benefits

Base Salary from £31,000 (depending upon experience)
