Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Traffic Marshall to join our team for a temporary assignment in London. As a Traffic Marshall, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles in and out of the site.

Responsibilities

• Safely marshalling traffic in and out of the site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Managing lorries and other vehicles to prevent congestion and maintain a smooth flow of traffic.
• Communicating effectively with drivers, site personnel, and other stakeholders to coordinate vehicle movements.
• Monitoring and enforcing site access rules to ensure safety and security.
• Reporting any incidents, hazards, or breaches of safety regulations to the site management team.
• Assisting with general site duties as required to support the overall operation.

Qualifications

• A valid CSCS card is mandatory for this role.
• Previous experience as a Traffic Marshall or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of traffic management and site safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
• A proactive and safety-conscious attitude.

Day-to-Day

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

• Directing and managing the flow of vehicles entering and exiting the site.
• Ensuring all vehicles are safely guided to their designated areas.
