The Education Specialists (TES) are working in partnership with a large, well-established SEN Multi Academy Trust in Salford to recruit a high volume of Teaching Assistants to support across their specialist provisions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure consistent, long-term work across multiple sites - with opportunities to go permanent.
About the Schools You will be supporting across a network of specialist and inclusive provisions in Salford, including
- Dedicated SEN schools and alternative provisions
- Primary, secondary and post-16 settings
- A new specialist free school provision for pupils aged 11-16
- Multi-site campuses supporting a wide range of needs across the borough

The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will
- Support pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD and complex needs

Work 1
1 and in small groups
- Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation
- Help deliver tailored learning and intervention strategies
- Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff

- Temp-to-perm opportunities
What We're Looking For

- Experienced Teaching Assistants / Support Workers
- Graduates looking to enter education or psychology pathways
