- Supporting the SENDCO with the day-to-day management of SEND provision
- Assisting with EHCP reviews, documentation, and annual review processes
- Monitoring the progress of students with SEND
- Liaising with teaching staff, parents, carers, and external agencies
- Supporting the implementation of interventions and targeted support programmes
- Maintaining accurate SEND records and pupil data
- Helping to promote inclusive teaching and learning practices across the school
- Previous experience working within SEND provision in a school setting
- Good understanding of EHCPs, SEND Code of Practice, and inclusive education
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
