Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance on adult social care issues

Handle complex legal cases related to safeguarding vulnerable adults

Review and draft legal documents, including court papers and agreements

Represent clients in court proceedings and advocacy work

Collaborate with social workers, health professionals, and other stakeholders

Keep abreast of changes in legislation and case law affecting adult social care

Conduct research and analysis to support legal arguments and strategies
