NUH Life is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Andrology Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary NHS fertility team. This post is designed to develop specialist expertise in all aspects of diagnostic and therapeutic andrology and is best suited to candidates seeking a long-term career in Male Fertility.
This is far more than a routine diagnostic laboratory role. Alongside semen analysis, you will gain experience in sperm preparation techniques, male fertility preservation and sperm donor banking - helping patients at some of the most important moments in their lives.
About You
We're looking for someone who is
- Enthusiastic about andrology and reproductive science and has demonstrable education and practical experience in this area.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage their workload effectively
- Confident, proactive and able to use their initiative
- Warm, professional and comfortable working directly with patients
- Committed to learning and developing specialist andrology skills

Exact hours of work are to be negotiated but please note we operate primarily Mon-Friday. However some weekend/out of hours work will be required on a rotation basis. Candidates must live or be planning to relocate within 45mins of the Queen’s Medical Centre, have a full driving license and access to a vehicle in order to fulfil on call duties.
