The Role

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll guide customers through one of the most exciting investments they’ll make in their home.

Your responsibilities will include

* Meeting and speaking with customers interested in purchasing our products and services.

* Understanding each customer’s individual needs and recommending the most suitable solutions.

* Demonstrating our extensive range of products, designs, styles and customisation options.

* Providing expert advice to help customers make informed decisions.

* Explaining finance packages and payment options clearly and professionally.

* Completing sales documentation accurately and ensuring a smooth customer journey from consultation through to purchase.

* Delivering exceptional customer service while building lasting customer relationships.

* Representing First Home Improvements with professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have

* A full UK driving licence.

* Fluent spoken and written English.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A friendly, approachable and professional manner.

* Confidence when speaking with customers.

* A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.

* The motivation to achieve targets and maximise earning potential.

Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
