About the role
Every learner deserves the opportunity to thrive, and as an Inclusion Practitioner you will play a vital role in making that happen. Working closely with our Inclusion Team, tutors and support staff, you will provide tailored support that helps learners overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential.
Supporting students both in and out of the classroom, you will work with young people and adults with a wide range of additional learning needs, including specific learning difficulties, disabilities, sensory impairments, mental health needs and social, emotional and behavioural challenges.
