About this role

An established and growing organisation within the heavy duty filtration sector is seeking a commercially driven External Account Manager to develop and expand a portfolio of customers.

This role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting a broad range of filtration solutions to distributors and OEMs.

The role would suit someone with a strong sales background and focus on relationship rapport.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage customer visits across an assigned region, maintaining a strong and active sales pipeline

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and industrial clients

Deliver against revenue targets through account development, upselling, cross-selling, and new business generation

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of filtration products across engine mobile and industrial applications

Create structured account plans and track performance against KPIs using a bespoke CRM system

Provide guidance to customers on product selection and suitable filtration solutions

Accurately log customer activity, opportunities, and pipeline updates

Keep up to date with competitor activity and industry trends
