A funny, shy and loyal 18-year-old lad living with his mum and younger siblings is looking for a team of warm, supportive and proactive PAs to encourage him to explore new opportunities, build friendships and develop his independence.
He enjoys gaming, board games (with Uno being a particular favourite) and is a big Brighton & Hove Albion football fan.
Support will involve accessing the community, helping him discover new interests and hobbies, and encouraging him to become more confident in exploring the world around him. He would also love the opportunity to attend a Brighton match.
He has a traumatic brain injury and uses a walking frame indoors, a wheelchair when out and about, and wears splints. Experience supporting someone with similar needs would be beneficial; however, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
If you are someone who enjoys making a difference, is passionate about promoting independence and has a positive mindset, we would love to hear from you.
