Deliver Exceptional Hospitality on Matchdays

We're looking for passionate and professional Waiting Staff to join our premium hospitality team at Fulham Football Club.

Working within our prestigious fine dining restaurants and hospitality suites, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience for members, sponsors, and VIP guests on matchdays and special events.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a team, and take pride in providing exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing attentive and professional table service to guests.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serving food and drinks to the highest hospitality standards.
• Setting up and preparing restaurant areas before service.
• Ensuring tables are maintained throughout service.
• Supporting colleagues to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge, including menu and beverage offerings.
• Adhering to food safety, health & safety, and licensing requirements.
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or events is preferred.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality service environment.
• Reliable, flexible, and available to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
• Fine dining or premium hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
