A compassionate and reliable night-time Personal Assistant is required to support a lovely lady living with dementia.
- Sleep-in/on-call overnight support
- 7 nights per week, with 1 night off each week
- Experience supporting people with dementia is preferred

Duties include
- Medication prompting/administering
- Other relevant duties as required
- Bathroom assistance
- Provide reassurance, assistance if needed during the night, and ensure her safety and comfort
- Is independent with her bedtime routine and prefers to decide for herself when she goes to bed, so there is no requirement to encourage or persuade her to retire at a set time.
- Melatonin is giving at night time to help sleep so this will need to be administered
Candidate qualities

- Experience supporting people living with dementia is preferred. We are looking for someone who is patient, trustworthy, calm, and able to provide compassionate overnight support in a respectful, person-centred way.
