The Edinburgh Woollen Mill is focused on delivering quality products, great value, and excellent service levels. We are a major national retailer with over 200 retail stores, ranging from High Street shops and Garden Centre concessions to Tourist stores and larger Destination Stores. By maintaining control of our product development and supply chain, we ensure our garments are made from the finest yarns and fabrics — pieces that not only fit beautifully but are made to last.

Our store teams are knowledgeable and offer personal, friendly service that keeps our customers coming back.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill concession located within Maybury Garden Centre in Brighton. Maybury Garden Centre is a popular retail destination offering a strong footfall and welcoming shopping environment, making it an ideal setting for engaging with a diverse and loyal customer base.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate and motivated team, drive store performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience every day. We’re looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
