We're looking to split the rota between two Chef de Parties, offering flexibility across the week.

🔐 Important Information

Before starting your night shifts, you'll need to complete

One day shift for your induction and to be shown the kitchen, site, and procedures
Immediate starts available following a successful induction

🔪 What You'll Be Doing

Preparing and serving high-quality evening meals and breakfasts
Working alongside a General Assistant (GA) to deliver a smooth service
Catering for up to 80 evening meals and 80 breakfasts
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
Supporting the efficient running of the kitchen during service

👨‍🍳 What We're Looking For

You'll need

Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie (essential)
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
A positive, reliable approach and excellent time management
Must be 18+
Own safety shoes and chef knives
