Your Role

Our Support Workers are our greatest asset. You may be new to care or already have experience in the social care sector as Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant but your values are most important to us.

Strawberry Fields is a bustling and lively home surrounded by peaceful, quiet woodlands. The people living here love spending time in the outdoors and keeping an eye on the local wildlife. Everyone has an active, healthy lifestyle; with regular countryside walks and swimming trips as well as keeping their wellbeing and mindfulness with music, aromatherapy and hydrotherapy. When people aren’t enjoying the relaxing countryside, they love getting into town to visit the cinema, beach or amusement parks for a fun day out with their family and friends.
