Core Accountability 1

Learning Operations & Delivery

  • Manage learning content, courses, programmes and curricula within Workday Learning.
  • Coordinate learning deployment, scheduling and communications.
  • Manage First Aid learning activities and compliance requirements.
  • Resolve complex learner queries and operational issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance compliance and adherence to service standards.

Core Accountability 2

Service Quality, Monitoring & Governance

  • Monitor learning activity performance and learner engagement.
  • Produce and maintain reporting, dashboards and management information.
  • Support learning governance frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Core Accountability 3

Continuous Improvement, Implementation & Business Support

  • Identify and implement improvements to learning processes, systems and learner experiences.
  • Use learner feedback, operational data and business insight to enhance service delivery.
  • Support the implementation of learning initiatives, programmes, academies and change projects.
  • Contribute to testing, adoption and optimisation of new learning technologies and processes.
  • Provide operational insight and recommendations to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to simplify processes, improve efficiency and deliver a seamless learner experience.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience of Learning Operations and Workday Learning administration.
  • Learning governance, compliance and reporting expertise in Excel and PowerBI.
  • Service management and customer-focused delivery mindset.
  • Data analysis, monitoring and performance reporting.
  • Continuous improvement and process optimisation capability.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
