We're looking for an experienced Water Services Engineer to deliver water hygiene compliance, remedial works, and plumbing services across multiple client sites.
Role Responsibilities
-Complete a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, and plumbing works.
-Carry out remedial plumbing tasks including dead leg removal, pipework insulation, water heater installation, and cold water storage tank installations.
-Maintain customer water logbooks and complete all required documentation in line with current guidelines and company policy.
-Take and record water samples across multiple property types in accordance with company procedures.
-Carry out water system cleaning and disinfection in line with the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8.
-Test, service, and maintain thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs) and complete associated plumbing tasks.
-Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Required QualificationsApplicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
-Previous experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
-Experience in plumbing remedial works (e.g. pipework modifications, tank installs, TMVs).
-Basic IT skills, including use of Microsoft packages and mobile/tablet systems.
-Full UK driving licence.
-Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Desirable
-Recognised plumbing qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
-Knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems and compliance standards.
